A native of Long Island, New York, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA, pairing strategic discipline with a refined approach to leadership.
With nearly two decades of experience in the restoration industry, Kevin has specialized in textile restoration since 2005, cultivating a reputation for discretion, precision, and uncompromising standards. Under his direction, A Ray Textiles has evolved into a premier service provider, trusted across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
A dedicated family man, Kevin is joined by his sons, Brandon and Devin, whose active roles in the company reflect a shared commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and continuity.
Brandon Oatkin
Director of Operations - Textiles
Brandon serves as Director of Operations – Textiles at A Ray Textiles, Inc., where he has been instrumental in the company’s growth since its founding. A graduate of Daytona State College, he combines operational discipline with a forward-thinking approach to leadership.
In his role, Brandon oversees all textile operations, driving efficiency, scalability, and consistency across a multi-state footprint. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s exacting standards while optimizing processes and ensuring seamless execution from intake to delivery.

DEVIN OATKIN
Vice President
Devin serves as Vice President of A Ray Textiles, Inc., where he leads strategic growth and business development across the Southeast. Since entering the restoration industry in 2010, he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint beyond Florida—maintaining a consistent executive presence across all service regions, including Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and beyond.
With a foundation in accounting and a sharp focus on relationship-driven growth, Devin is recognized for building enduring partnerships and identifying high-value opportunities. Distinct from traditional executive roles, he remains actively involved in field operations—bringing a hands-on approach that ensures alignment between client expectations and execution.
